What are your shipping times and rates in Australia?
We try our best to pack and ship your order within 1-3 days from the time your purchase order is confirmed.
Orders in Australia is usually between 3-7 business days for standard delivery and between 1-3 business days for express.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to New Zealand: Standard International Shipping (AusPost) — AUD $25, estimated 5-8 business days. Express International Shipping (AusPost) — AUD $40, estimated 3-5 business days.
No customs duties or import taxes for NZ orders.

What is synthetic insulation?
Synthetic insulation is a lightweight, man-made fill that traps warmth like natural down but keeps you warm even when damp.
The Z Light Jacket uses 60gsm insulation, which makes it breathable, quick-drying, and perfect for everyday and every season.
Is The Zvey a winter brand?
Not at all. The Zvey is about getting outdoors all year round. Our first product, the Z Light Jacket, is designed to be versatile, warm for cooler days, light to layer, and comfortable everyday.
We plan to eventually have a variety of products including hats, jumpers, pants, etc.
Our focus is on apparel built for the outdoors.
How light is the Z Light Jacket?
The Z Light Jacket is designed to feel weightless when you’re on the move. Sort of like wearing a light sleeping bag.
Depending on the size, it weighs between 410g and 480g.
That means it’s easy to pack, carry, and wear all day without feeling bulky, while still keeping you warm with 60gsm synthetic insulation.
